The ground rent payable to the park is for 12 months per year, all the caravan parks that European Mobile Homes represents are open for 52 weeks a year and these charges include the upkeep of the park and its facilities, including toilets, refuse, gardening, site maintenance, cleaning, and site security if applicable.

Typical average costs for each of our parks is:

1. Finca Natura Park - 3250 Euros per annum

2. Masicava Park - 3000 Euros per annum

3. Camping Moraira - 5,150 Euros per annum

Water charges

Charges relating to water are normally based on a meter reading and charges are calculated from how much water used, however these charges are considerably cheaper than the UK. A general guide line would be: 0.33 Euros / m3ro

Electric charges

Charges relating to electricity are normally based on a meter reading and charges calculated from how much electricity used, however these charges are considerably cheaper than the UK. A general guide line would be: 0.22 Euros / kwh

Gas bottle charges

Charges relating to Gas bottles vary between locations, however you can budget approximately between €12 – €20 (£8 - £14) per bottle.

Gas bottle deposits

Most gas companies charge deposits for bottles on the initial two bottles that you will require for your caravan, the charge for this is approximately €30 (£21.00) per bottle paid once and is refundable on return.
