Masicava Park can be found nestling in the tranquility of the mountains, just 40 minutes from Alicante and Murcia Airports.
A fantastic opportunity to reserve a plot on this brand new site.

The site is located in what many refer to as 'The Real Spain'. The countryside provides a contrast between the green pine groves of the Sierra del Coto and the white limey soil of vineyards growing the Monastreli grape that produces the highly rated wines in the local Bodegas. (Don't be put off by the low prices, it is very good, and low prices are something you will have to get used to compared to the coastal region.)

There are some national parks in the mountains where it is still possible to see wild boar or soaring eagles.

The nearby town of Pinoso has never lost the charm of it's origins. The tiny streets are lined with grand old houses and tiny shops, and as you look around the town, at the end of every street there seems to be a view of either mountains or vineyards. Surprisingly, the town also has a new leisure centre with swimming pool and some very modern shops, a medical centre, schools, a theatre and countless Spanish restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

The spa town of Fortuna is only a few kilometres away, famous for its hot springs which were greatly appreciated by the Romans. The town is once again becoming popular as an important centre for hydrotherapy, beauty treatments and other therapies associated with natural hot mineral water. Fortuna is typically Spanish, as yet unexploited, with quiet streets and a white church. To the south of the town there is a large lake, enclosed in a nature preservation area and surrounded by woods, ideal for walking or fishing.

All this at your fingerstips, and yet within 30 minutes you can be at the cosmopolitan town of Elche, or Alicante for the fantastic shops and beaches.

Facilities

On site the facilities include a communal swimming pool with jacuzzi, a kiddies park and a friendly bar/restaurant.

The mobile homes are available in a variety of sizes and layout, and come fully furnished with English TV and internet.

The individually fenced plots are a very generous 200 square metres each.

Small dogs are allowed on site at the site owners discretion.

The site is open for 12 months of the year.
