Just 35 minutes away from Alicante and Valencia airports lies the beautiful and tranquil valley.
With the warm and friendly village just a few minutes walk away, and the towns of Almansa, Villena and Sax a short drive away, this area really has lots to offer. The main railway station at Almansa makes this a perfect base from which to explore lots of wonderful places, or if you prefer peace and quiet, spend a few hours walking through the pine forest or visiting one of the famous Moorish castles in the area.

Facilities

The park is being carefully developed to maintain the natural beauty of the surroundings.
The mobile homes will be sited carefully around the centre and south side of the valley giving everyone plenty of room to have their own garden and parking facilities.
There will be a small bar located at the centre of the complex alongside the swimming pool and patio area.

The managers and owners houses are situated on the north side of the valley in order to give full support and contact should you ever need it. Our site is a family run business so you have the confidence of knowing that contact is always close at hand.

All mobile homes are connected to the water, sewage and electric services, gas is bottled and readily available.
Also telephone, television and internet services are fully available if you wish them to be connected.

Services are paid for as normal, but that's where normality stops! They cost a fraction of what you would pay in England and the sunshine is thrown in free!
The Price for a fully sited mobile home is only 3250 Euros per year.

Clients are not required to change their home on a periodic basis (as in the UK for example). If homes are maintained properly they may remain onsite indefinitely.

The site is open all year round.
