Azahar Park is located in Peniscola, one of the most beautiful areas on the east coast of Spain. Costa del Azahar is also known as the Orange Blossom Coast. It is surrounded by picturesque countryside amongst orange groves, rosemary fields, hollyoaks, olive trees and almond trees. Next to an impressive pine and eucalyptus forest, that makes up the Irta's Saw Nature Reservice, which is ideal for those who wish to go on bike tours, mountainbiking, mountaineering, horse riding, and donkey treks as the area is well signposted.

There are 15km of fine sandy beaches nearby, where you will find a windsurfing school with skin diving, surface and submarine fishing and lots of other water activities. The Azahar site is only one hours drive from Port Aventura, the great theme and water park at Salou, suitable for all the family.

A go-kart centre is only 5 minutes walk away, and within 15 minutes walk is a large commercial centre with a multiplex cinema, bowling alley, restuarants and bars, gift shops, clothes boutiques, jewellery shops, clubs and a supermarket. There is also a golf course, tennis club and quad bike centre all within 3 km.

Just 5 minutes drive in Peniscola town you will discover a magnificent historic castle which was the setting for the film 'el Cid'. Peniscola is full of life along the beach front with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from.

Facilities

The site is on a flat area with lots of natural shade from palms, pines, black populars, melias, and plane trees and offers a relaxed international environment.

Our mobile homes are for sale sited on individual tree lined plots all with your own small garden area.

The site has a swimming pool with jacuzzi, children's pool and playground surrounded by lawns and palm trees. There is a restaurant and bar area with varied menu, terraces, shop, social room, bicycle hire, and communal bbq area.

There are also two modern shower blocks, and a laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers.

There is a multilingual reception area which provides night time gated security and safe keeping for valuables. There is also a telephone box which is coin or card operated, mail box, internet cafe, fax service, money exchange, tourist information and advisor office.

Sports facilities that are available are: basketball, table tennis, gym, pool table, crazy golf, dars and pentanique.

The spa centre (gym, turkish sauna, findlandish sauna, jacuzzi, ciclonic shower, fountain ice, hydromassage bath and squash) was opened in 2006.

This site is only 15 minutes walk from a large commercial and shopping centre including restaurants, bars, clubs, markets and lots more.

Internet and telephone connections are optional.

All facilities are especially equipped for disabled persons.

This site is open for 12 months of the year.

Homeowners may sublet their park home for part of the year. Full details of subletting options will be made shortly here.

Only new homes are permitted on this site. All homes must be kept in good, clean condition and properly maintained.

Clients are not required to change their home on a periodic basis (as in the UK for example). If homes are maintained properly they may remain onsite indefinitely.
