Answers to frequently asked questions.

1. Each large plot is developed individually for one Mobile Home.

2. This is not a Park, Site, or complex of any kind, it will be an individual private residence for one family, there will be no other Mobile Homes visible from the land, in fact you'll be hard pushed to see any neighbours.

3. This development is exactly the same as buying a house off plan on a large plot of land in the Spanish country side, the only difference being that the house is substituted with a Mobile Home to comply with local planning regulations.

4. Obviously there will be no ground rent to pay or any other payments of any kind as the new owners will own the freehold to the land, have the title deeds and all other relevant legal documentation to prove ownership.

5. Each plot is a minimum of 1000m2 (1/4 acre) in the majority of cases plots are 1500m2 (1/3rd acre), big enough for horses (superb riding country) or many other activities. Larger plots of 10,000m2 plus (2 1/2 acres) are sometimes available.

6. Approximate costs per year for running a developed plot of this size would be in the region of 500 Euros.

Maintenance service: 

You may decide to go down the route of using your mobile home as an investment and renting it out as a holiday let. If you do we can offer a maintenance service to ensure everything is kept in good condition, that any emergencies are dealt with and your clients are happy. During the peak months of the year you could expect to get more than €400 per week.

Location and lifestyle: 

Located between Alicante and Valencia there are a variety of plots available in the Orba Valley. This is a wonderful horseshoe shaped valley of flat orange groves surrounded by mountains. If you look up any of the following names of Benimeli, Sagra, Rafol d Alumunia and Sanet y Negrals on a map you will find fabulous examples of gorgeous Spanish villages nestled at the foot of the mountains with white washed houses, main squares, churches, community swimming pools, spring water fonts and miles of cultivated orange groves. Try Google Earth for a real birds eye view.

The Orba valley is relatively untouched by the mass tourism of the larger coastal areas. With its strict planning laws and a determination to keep the area as natural as possible you have no fear of over development.

The valley is only 10 minutes from the fantastic sandy beaches of the historic fishing port of Denia with its daily ferries to the baleric islands, only 35 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Benidorm and all its theme and water parks and only an hour away from both Alicante and Valencia airports.

If you are the active type, within a 25km radius you can choose from a wide range of activities including cycling, hiking, golf, horse riding, sailing, water sports and much more.

For those not so adventurous there are the marvellous flat orange groves to take a stroll through with an abundance of birds and wildlife to see. Relaxing afternoons spent in the village squares with a glass of sangria are also a must.

There are three national parks nearby, prehistoric caves, Moorish archeologial sites, historic monuments and many places of interest.


A fundamental part of living in Spain are the many and varied fiestas that take place in villages and towns alike. All the villages in the valley enjoy their fiestas which could be a quiet sedate giant paella in the town square or a magnificent procession to bands and fireworks late into the night.

Climate - Food & Drink: 

The weather is superb! What more can you say, according to the World Health Organisation this area is the healthiest in the world. There is an average 320 days of sunshine every year with lovely high temperatures most of the year.

Food & Drink:

There is an abundance of locally grown fruit and vegetables in the area at roughly half the price of those at home, and of course living so near the sea there is a wonderful variety of seafood. A fabulous selection of wines and spirits are available from the local bodegas and supermarkets and are a fraction of the price in the UK.

If you like to eat out you will find no end of lovely restaurants and bars in the valley serving a wide variety of different foods. Most do a “Menu Del Dia”, which is usually a three course meal with wine for about 5 pounds each.
